Hey guys, love the site. Just joined yesterday.

I searched the forums and couldn't find an answer. On a temperate FIRS CB, how do I get the town to accept the required building materials?

just as in an ordinary game the town must be sufficiently developed to want to accept the product. though i could not tell you what each town requires to accept each product

I believe I found the answer to my question. I needed a builder's yard to accept the building materials before the town would grow.

Yes, that's true. Most requirements on the FIRS CB can be accepted in town by building an industry. For Building materials you need one, so you either should pick a town with that industry already in place, or get enough money fast to fund one. You can also build industries for most other requirements, as to make it accept them faster, or on an easier location.

You can find the accepting industries in the industry chain for said resource.
