Hi,
I'm experiencing timeouts when trying to connect to game 12A. This only happens with 12A and even when a game was finished and the server restarts. From time to time the connection works and I was able to play one or two games. But mostly I experience timeouts.

Any ideas what I could do to get this fixed?

edit - I downloaded the latest version of the game on Thursday or Friday. So this is probably not the reason.

I never heard of such a problem, so unfortunately I don't really know what you could try or do about it.
You are saying this is ONLY at server 12a and not at (all) the rest of our servers?

We have 2 physical servers, so some games are hosted on 1 and the other on another one. Might be that you are experiencing issues only with 1 server, but then again I don't know what to do about it unfortunately.

Yes, this issue is only on 12A. I played some games on 3. There I was able to connect without any issue.
I'll download everything again now to make sure, that there are no leftovers from older versions somewhere...

I downloaded openTTD including the client again - but no significant change. Sometimes there is a timeout, sometimes, I'm able to connect.
I also switched off the Windows Firewall - no effect.
But as it works from time to time, I'm able to play a game. Maybe it'll change with the next version of the game.

Hm, could be a memory issue on my side. After starting the laptop and directly starting openTTD, I was always able to connect to any server.

Normally, I start the laptop, open email, browser... and then the login to the openTTD servers fails.

Probably the memory use is a bit higher with the latest versions, I never had any issue with openTTD before.
