Did it ever come to mind that it "might" be your connection which is the problem?
We have dedicated servers running in various data centers, so i don't think its out servers that are the problem.

If you have specific problems, let us know, but "it's not working" is NOT a problem in out eyes.

I clock in at 50mbps on a speed test, on a fiber optic connection, and I occasionally have issues with the btpro servers. Once in a while I get randomly disconnected, and a couple times have had an error that said something to the note of "Server can't keep up" or something to that effect.

About 2 weeks ago, in one particular game I got disconnected at least 4 times, and on my last attempt to reconnect it wouldn't let me re-join my own company again. Said I needed to be invited to join my own company lol.

I just equate it to, 'oh well, that's what you get for enjoying independently run games and servers'.. suppose I could go play WOW or D3 if I wanted to be main stream, but.. I'm otherwise happy.

Your peering is most likely the issue. Do a traceroute versus the server you play on and see where it takes the most time.
